Supported File Formats
Most file types are accepted, including camera uploads and standard image formats. JPG is the preferred format for optimal quality and processing performance.
File Submission Format
Compress all images into a single ZIP file before uploading. This ensures efficient processing and keeps your submission organised.
Image Resolution
Upload high-resolution images at 300 DPI minimum for optimal text recognition and accurate processing.
File Naming Convention
Use any sequential naming convention that works for you. For example, Item1_Front.jpg and Item1_Back.jpg. As long as files are in sequential order, our system will process them correctly.
Image Limits
Maximum two images per postcard listing. This varies from category and from special request.
Scanning Method
Scan postcards individually or use flatbed scanning for multiple cards at once.
Acceptable Scan Quality
Clear, well-cropped images deliver faster processing and more accurate results.
